4. Pricing and Orders

All prices are quoted FOB China port unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed via proforma invoice. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product line. Payment terms are negotiated per order — typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment or against B/L copy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and trademarks — is the property of Savant Lube or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. OEM/private label arrangements are governed by separate agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Savant Lube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
